About Me

I have lived with dogs in my life since childhood and have had my own dogs for 20 years.

I certainly cannot imagine life without my canine friends.

At the moment my pack includes 3 dogs, Ella (3yr old English springer spaniel), Tansy (3yr old Irish wolfhound) and Brooke (1yr old Springer Spaniel) - oh yes and my husband Roy and children Jack and Laura!

After 22 years of nursing the urge to work with dogs became too much and I gave it all up. After seeing Jan Fennell on T.V and reading her book, The Dog Listener I knew that I had done the right thing.

I completed the Advanced Course in Canine Communication, taught by Jan Fennell and Tony Knight.

I started implementing her technique and was amazed at the change in my dogs. They were so much calmer and easier to control. Walking is such a pleasure and coming home and not being leapt all over, especially by the wolfhound was fantastic.

I am also a helper and foster home for the Labrador rescue and Jan's rescue, Every Chance Rescue.

It is such a wonderful feeling having a ‘rescue dog' with problems come into my home with my dogs and change into happy relaxed dogs.
